Cancellation Policy
At 360 Moments by Mosi, we understand that plans can change. To provide the best service to all our clients, we’ve outlined our cancellation policy below:
Booking Cancellations

Cancellations made 14 days or more before your scheduled event will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.

Cancellations made between 7–13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
Postponements

One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 7 days before the original booking date, subject to availability.

Additional reschedule requests may incur an administrative fee.
No-Show or Same-Day Cancellations

Failure to inform us of a cancellation or rescheduling request on the day of the event will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
Force Majeure
In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (e.g., extreme weather, national emergencies), we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost.
